This application is intended solely for registered members and employees of RMC Mandali. The app provides secure access to member financial records and account information. The app does not operate as a public-facing social or advertising platform.
3. Information We Collect
We collect only the data strictly necessary to provide member services. Collection happens either when a user (or authorized staff) provides data or automatically for technical purposes.
Personal Information
- Employee / Member ID
- Full name
- Mobile number
- Membership status
Financial Information
- Loan records (active & closed)
- Outstanding balances and interest details
- Fixed deposit (FD) details
- Farajiyat Bachat and savings balances
- Share holdings and transactions
- Loan eligibility calculations and guarantor information
Technical & App Data
- App version and platform (Android version, device type)
- Login timestamps and basic usage logs (for troubleshooting)
- Error logs (only to debug and improve the app)
4. What We Do NOT Collect
RMC Mandali does not collect or request the following:
- Precise geolocation or background location data
- Contacts, call logs, SMS, or device microphone
- Camera uploads (unless explicit feature is added later)
- Advertising identifiers or third-party marketing cookies
- Any data for advertising or profiling
5. Purpose of Processing
Collected data is used only for:
- Displaying member and financial records inside the app
- Loan processing, eligibility checks, and account verification
- Maintaining and improving app functionality and security
- Detecting and preventing unauthorized access
6. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or lease user data to third parties. Data is only accessible to:
- Authorized RMC Mandali administrators and staff (for operational purposes)
- Service providers who process data on our behalf under contract and confidentiality obligations (e.g., hosting)
If disclosure is required by law or a valid court order, we will comply only to the extent legally required and will notify the member where permitted.
7. Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including:

Important: No system is 100% secure. RMC Mandali will notify affected users of any data breach as required by applicable law.
8. Data Retention
Member and financial records are retained for the period the person remains a member of RMC Mandali and for any additional period required by internal policy or applicable law. If an account is closed, data will be archived or deleted per organizational retention rules. Contact support for details.
9. User Access and Control
Users cannot edit official records through the app. To request corrections, contact the RMC Mandali office using the contact details below. Requests will be handled according to internal verification procedures.

We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be indicated by updating the Last updated date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
